Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve any issues you have.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
Please choose carefully. All of our earrings vary in size and a detailed description can be found under each product.
We can not accept returns on any jewellery worn or not due to the current health and safety regulations.
If your earrings are damaged or faulty in any way I am happy to issue a refund or replacement. Please contact Tamai at email@example.com with a photo of your earrings and the reason of concern to arrange a refund.
