All orders are delivered by Australia Post . We offer free shipping worldwide on orders that are above the minimum spend. For orders under the minimum spend, a flat rate shipping fee applies. See table above for worldwide shipping rates.
Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays due to third party delivery services, customs or unforeseen stoppages.
Local deliveries around postcode 3300 are free of charge and pick-up is available from postcode 3301.
All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase. Tiger +Lilly is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. We do not offer refunds for these costs.
If an order is refused by a customer due to custom fees, the parcel will be held for 2 weeks and then be abandoned if these fees are not paid in this time. Tiger + Lilly is not responsible for the handling or refunding of an abandoned order.
Once your order is packed and leaves my studio, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order. Tiger + Lilly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All packages are sent with Australia Post and you will be sent a tracking number once lodged.
*Mystery Boxes sent to New Zealand will be sent via untracked postage.
It is the customer responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Tiger & Lilly cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
